Returns & Refunds


At Al Rashid Galleria, each fragrance is carefully sourced and prepared with attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products, our returns policy is designed to ensure both quality and authenticity.

Returns

For hygiene and authenticity reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used fragrances.

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The item is faulty or defective

  • You received an incorrect product

To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Photographic evidence may be requested

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Conditions

If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days after approval

Refunds

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If a replacement is required, we will arrange this after reviewing your request.

Exchanges

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Cancellations

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
